Rounding out her commercial experience, Merran owned a large, high prole hospitality business after a 10-year stint in the industry in the UK. This is where her true understanding of the power of getting the right people came from. Returning to work for a major national recruitment consultancy in Melbourne, Merran was able to add real value whilst building high performance teams and locating the talent organisations were unable to access.
Outside the office I enjoy pounding the pavement, cycling, or fine tuning my tennis game. But, more often than not you will find me whipping up treats and sharing a cheeky red with friends
